The dr that saw me was super nice and showed me pictures of my eye my nerves and explained everything throughly!

This place saved my 10 year old daughter last week. After she broke her glasses. Not only did they fix her two pairs of glasses, they gave her an appointment with there amazing eye doctor. He was so kind and sweet with her, as this was not a pediatric eye Dr, you would of never knew! She also got a new pair of glasses we are picking up soon. So all good things! Staff were all kind and very helpful. This is our new place!

I recently found myself needing my first pair of glasses, I read so many positive reviews of Williams that I decided to start there. I could not be happier with my experience. Every single person I interacted with at Williams was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they made me feel cared for and informed each step of the way. They've got a customer for life, the neighborhood is lucky to have them!

Thank you guys!!! Made an appointment, went it, 5 minutes later my glasses are fixed. They make you feel like a family and give great recommendations.

The service was fast and professional, people are knowledgeable and welcoming and selection of frames is vast.

Best of the best! They squeezed me in for an emergency appointment (broke my only pair of glasses!).

The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and above all nice! Also, they clean everything and they clean often. Every time I turned around something else was being sanitized by a staff member. Truly an impressive operation during these difficult times.


They worked with me to get me squared away with both glasses and a year supply of contact lenses. I had an eye exam by their wonderful Optometrist (Dr. Mike Zylinski). He is brilliant.

They were busy between customers with appointments and walk-ins. However, their efficiency was on full display. Juggling all of the customers concerns and needs.

The entire process could not have gone any smoother. In and out in less than an hour.

That's with a very thorough eye exam. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and this was by far the most in-depth exam I've received.

I told them the types of frames I was considering and within a matter of minutes they had half a dozen options ready for me to try on.

The best part I was expecting to wait 2 weeks for everything to come in... I got a text message within 3 days saying my entire order was ready!

I feel like this is a total upgrade across the board.

My only regret is I didn't come sooner. My prescription changed slightly so it really was a necessity I shouldn't have put off. The new lenses are fantastic. The new contact lenses are also amazing.

Merjeme figured out the frames. Ryan figured out the special lenses and new brand of contact lenses.

Great team! This place really is special.

Tip: take advantage of their appointment system. Make an appointment if you can. It'll be easier for everyone.
