Applebee's Grill + Bar

2 meals for $25 was a good deal.
Food was done as specified and tasty. Ambiance was service oriented and adequate. Hostess was pleasant

It's been years since my husband and I ate at Applebee's so we went to the Richmond Ave Bullhead location.
We are glad we did. The service from Caitlyn was excellent! She was warm, friendly and professional.
The food was also good.
I had the All you can eat boneless wings and french fries. My hubby had the Southwest bowl, Everything was served nice and hot and tasted great. For the beverage we both had the mango strawberry swirl smoothie, so good!
I took one star away for the restaurant's appearance. It needs a refresh or an update. The carpet needs to be changed.

Went today for an early lunch got the two for 33. No one in the restaurant service was very slow.I ate spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, which took 20 minutes to get there and got a pasta dish which I ate two bites the waitress didn't even care to ask if I didn't like it. It went in the garbage if she would've asked I would've told her, Very unhappy It was awful and tasted expired. I've currently been in the bathroom sick for hours. I think I got food poisoning.. Dont go here you're better off going to Buffalo wild wings or anywhere else on the island! Never was offered a drink, refill or a water what a waste of my time and $50 !

worse applebee's the staff ignores you they leave you waiting they're rude i was sitting for 15 min with my daughter and no one came to ask us if we wanted a drink if you were ready nothing they just left to stay. They would luck but look away then I finally got up and I said wow this is what they do here they just ignore people and then the hostess just looks at me confused, and I'm like yeah I'm sitting there. No one's even looking at me and she just looks annoyed. Worst Applebee's ever so don't go to the one in the Staten Island Mall!!!!

I'm done with this place.
Place was empty..we were seated right away..server came and took our drink and appetizer order..appetizer came out quickly but after 35 minutes of waiting for our drinks- we waived down our waitress and asked for our drinks...her reply was - I only have 2 hands!..place was empty at 7 pm on Saturday night. Ok..than we ask if we could have an additional spinach dip for our classic appetizer..she says nope.. you will have to order an entire additional appetizer..
??? Am I hearing correctly?
I said forget this just give me the bill.
She prints out the bill and slams it on the table and walks away...this is the girl with the round piercing thru her nose like a bull .
We will never frequent this establishment again.

Food was very good I would recommend less alcohol drinks, more non-alcoholic drinks everything was good I really like the service was amazing

Awesome outdoor dining experience during COVID19 They have large heaters that work great. Our Waitress Janet was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Appetizer tray with quesadillas and spinach dip were delicious.
Definitely worth coming back !

If management was doing a good job they would read these and act on it. Waiting at a bar for 12 minutes before having to find the bartender is ridiculous. She was busy doing take out orders rather than the bar. Not sure what her duties are but she cannot do both, their loss.

I went here recently since they opened up outdoor dining. We ordered drinks, appetizers and main dishes. Well our drinks were great, but then after a long wait our dinner was served with no sign of appetizers. When we asked about them, it turns out the manager threw out our order ticket so we never got our order put it.
So their solution was to give them to us packed up to go.
The food tasted good, but the fact that the manager did nothing to rectify the situation other than pack the food to go was very disappointing, and has left me with no real desire to go back.

HORRIBLE service. Waited for 20 minutes at the table without anyone greeting us we asked one of the waitresses where our server was and no one still came to us so we ended up walking out. MIND YOU there was about 6 tables of people. It was NOT BUSY at all. Then once we left I realized I left my wallet on the table so we called and the lady who answered the phone claimed they "checked ALLLL the tables" no one found a Wallet. Thank God we drove back to FIND my wallet on the table. HORRIBLE customer service. LIARS. Im glad we didn't eat here.
