Leana was amazing and helped me out after waste management tried to take advantage of me. She took the time to make sure the right service was offered and did not try and rip me off. I would recommend this company to everyone

I have to say, Geata was wonderful when I had to order a dumpster for work around my moms house! From the first phone call with Lena Noce taking my information and scheduling the delivery, right through the pick up! Lena was very professional and the team who delivered the dumpster was prompt and efficient!!Not to mention cost effective!!! I will definitely use Gaeta again!!!

They were amazing!!! Christine couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. We have been dealing with them on 4 different orders over the past year and couldn't be more happy with the service.

They are always so slow and kind of sloppy. The employees at the register is so rude and disrespectful, and this has completely ruined my experience at gaeta. I would not recommend to any of my family members or friends. Why am I paying so much to get horrible customer service? Definitely not worth the trip every again!

My name is Vincent S. and I live on Staten Island NY. I am in the middle of a home improvement project and ordered a 20 yard container from Gaeta. The whole process was simple, place the order and it shows up when and where its supposed too. But that is not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing it because I would like to express how professional and courteous Lena Noce was. She walked my through the whole process and answered all of my questions. She informed me of my different options and which one would be more economical for me. She explained that a straight masonry container would be cheaper than a mixed use one. Also there is the weight to consider and fees associated with being overweight. I was definitely overweight ( I overloaded the container with bricks and pavers to the top). Lena even went out of her way to adjust the bill for me. I will be calling them when I do my backyard next.

We've been using Gaeta for the last 11 months and pretty happy so far. The pricing started lower initially, but was adjusted a bit higher due the higher trash weight we were putting out front each night.

Pretty comparable to other Commercial trash haulers in price though.
Never missed a pick up day, which is really important to us.

This company is a disgrace, and creates a constant eyesore to the residents of my building and anyone who walks by after they have supposedly picked up the trash at the Fresh and Company restaurant near my apartment on 46th Street and Lexington Avenue.

Anyone who saw what I saw, and what passerby's and neighbors saw when they walked out of my apartment, wanted to vomit. The two lazy guys on the Gaeta truck must have thought it was too disgusting to deal with. They picked up one or two things, saw me looking at the truck, and hightailed it out of there. Late last night, early morning, once again I saw what looked like vomit all over the street covering about a 5-feet square (at least) area. Charming.

Would you really want to hire a company like this? Totally grossed out everytime they leave their mess behind.

I couldn't get a regular dumpster on the street, so I had to stick to the mini containers. I needed a 10 minis , the guy told me that they doesn't have 10. He could give me 4, and charge me a 75$ delivery fee everytime they come to collect the garbage. Price for the mini is 35$ each. Finally they agreed to send me 6 containers. That's not the end of the story. Once I scheduled a first pickup, they didn't gave me an ETA. Driver called me once, didn't left a voicemail, didn't knock on the door ( single family house, full crew has been working inside), I couldn't take a call at the time. They left.... For the second attempt we throwed out 22 containers in total using these 6 we got on site. Company has charged me a 55$ per mini instead of agreed 35$ over the phone. The guy told me they charge 35$ for lite debris and 55$ for heavy load. No one from the company mentioned that to me before. This is a rip off, the guy is rude, they will overcharge you. BTW. Drywall, tiles , and lumber is a heavy load in their meaning. So if you are looking to get rid of the cardboards, leafs, diapers etc. You are good to go with Gaeta Interior Demolition otherwise they will rip you off.

Even after taking over flag container they have still maintained the highest in customer service without being overwhelmed by all of their new accounts all of my locations experienced a near seamless transition ... extremely happy

This is a Garbage/Card Board Company. The worst I have seen since running a business. They havent picked up our garbage for three weeks. They know how to send a bill though. Listen if your going private for garbage use Metropolitan recycling. They pick up 6 days a week. No problems
