No like seriously I love businesses who are friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and have excellent customer service. Having to deal with this car accident has been draining AF so it was a breath of fresh air to at least know my car was in good hands with good people. From the time I first called, first walked in, down to back and forth updates via text (love that!) down to pick up. Hopefully I never have to deal with needing repairs but if I do this is where I'm coming! Thank you for your service and parting gifts:)

If you're looking for honesty, dependability, and good work at a fair price look no further! I found dependable auto body after shopping around at multiple places and it was the ONLY place that didn't try to rip me off. As a female you know these types of things happen when it comes to fixing your car. But one place in particular REALLY tried it and the sad thing was it was two females that did it. This place was TNS on forest ave in Staten Island. So I needed my whole interior headliner replace along with seatbelts (it was chewed by a dog). It was covered by insurance but I also needed a few other scratches, a small ding, a side mirror blinker and some scratches on the rims done as well. TNS overcharged for all those items by at least DOUBLE than what dependable was going to charge for those things. They also kept pointing things out that was barely noticeable just so they could run up the bill. The final cost at TNS for the extras was $1500. This doesn't include the claim or deductible for the interior work that was covered by insurance.

When I went to dependable and got the interior done they concealed the scratches, fixed the side mirror blinker and popped out 95% of the dent (it was size of a quarter) at no extra charge. They Went out of their way and gave me options so that I didn't have to spend so much. I dealt with a guy named Danny. He was a very honest down to earth kind of guy. My car is leased so I was worried that it had to be perfect before I turned it back in but, unlike OTHER Places that just want your money, he assured me that certain things shouldn't be an issue and could stay as is. All in All , the prices are fair, I received honest advice and the interior work came out absolutely perfect. I couldn't even tell that there was ever an issue . I'm so glad I found this place! No need to waste precious time shopping around. I highly recommend for all of your auto body needs.

I was in an accident and this body shop came highly recommended through my insurance company. Not only did they get the car complete a week ahead of schedule, the car turned out great! I noticed a very small imperfection in the paint due to dust, and brought the car back the same day. They were AMAZING, the car was brought right back in and fixed within 30 minutes. The staff will go far over and beyond to make sure you're happy with the result. Thank you to Paul Jr, and the entire Dependable staff!

My car was side swiped took it to Dependable, worked with Paul and Joe after the Geico adjuster gave me an estimate. They looked at the damage and said the adjuster missed a few things , they went back to Geico to get the claim readjusted. They did a great job in repairing the car in the time frame promised, and the car looks terrific. Great shop very reliable and very easy to work with.

This is my go to body shop for repairs. I've used them 3 times since 2008 and they always delivered the highest level of uncontested professionalism, efficiency and impeccable body work. Most recently, I worked with Paul jr and had a great experience. He was professional, extremely thorough and got my car done sooner than originally expected. I highly recommend them without reservation for all body work.

I reached out to Gina Q. before Progressive accepted liability of the damage caused to my car by their driver. She was so informative n helpful. I cannot say enough kind words for her customer service. Dependable Auto got to work right away on my car. Made me feel comfortable and satisfied. Gina handled my car rental setup as well and I was driven down the block to Enterprise for a car rental. Gina also corrected a situation where Enterprise billed Progressive directly. My car is a 2017 Volkswagen GTI and I was hit on August 27th and on that week, I brought the car in Tuesday. They started working on it and after a week or so, it was done. The work wasn't that much cause they replaced the whole door and fixed the rear quarter panel. It came out really good and the paint matches, to me that's very important. Of course the car will never be the same, but really good enough. Paul who first looked at the car made sure I get a new door. Gina was very helpful every step of the way and Danny did the rest and made sure the car came out good. They all made me, the customer happy with the work they did and I must say that I'm satisfied with their work. Also, they keep you up to date on how the repair is going via text. I really like that feature.

Within 3 weeks of getting my 2020 Ford Escape someone hit my car on Hylan Blvd while I was at the doctor. I brought the car to Dependable figuring it was going to cost me $800-$1000 to get it fixed. Dependable Auto Body not only saved me several hundred dollars but the end result was perfect. The car looks brand new again. Thank You!!!!!

I just picked up my beloved 93 Mazda MX6LS. A huge tree limb crashed on my car damaging both fenders and hood. Paul and the other guys did an outstanding job as usual. They said one week and exactly one week later they called car was ready. I am very pleased. You can tell this is family owned business. Car looks like new. I'll have to leave it in my garage to keep it like that. Thanks Paul and Steve.

Excellent customer service. Flawless repairs. This shop will not let you down. My family and I have been customers for over 15 years and we are always amazed at the work they produce. The owners are honest and fair. They handle all of the communication regarding the claim with your insurance company which alleviates some stress.
