I coach Flag football here on Staten Island and have used Crown Trophy for the last four seasons for trophies, always providing plenty of advanced notice on my orders. This season, it completely slipped my mind and had to submit a rush order for a 24-hour turn-around. As usual, Angela was not only pleasant and helpful, she contacted me immediately and helped me work through the order and make a few adjustments to ensure we'd have them in time for our girls. AMAZING customer service. I've been going to these guys for over 5 years for plaques and trophies. More times than I'd like to admit, I had to make last-minute requests with very short turnaround times. (Today was one of those times...again)Each time they saved me and provided me exactly what I needed! Thanks Crown Trophy!

Horrible customer service. This place gave a date for a service to be done and called days later saying they didn't have items in stock. Did not even give a alternate option. However they did take my money without making sure they had item in stock. When I went to pick up my money they had very poor attitudes. Would never recommend.

I needed a softball engraved holder for my daughters softball team for their coach in a hurry. I called Saturday morning first thing and spoke with Angela who assured my I'd have my piece in time for my deadline and that she would create it for me because it wasn't a standard item...I picked up my piece today and it was not only a one business day turn around time it is gorgeous ..the customer service was excellent!! I didn't even know this store existed but they fixed my emergent situation.. I am very thankful!!! Highly recommended
