Post Exterminating

Mark is "Marvelous!" With my wife and daughter freaking out out snakes in our yard, NO ONE answering their phones, Mark answered the call and really helped us out. Even though he was on another job, he went out of his way to assist us. Truly thankful and if ever there is a pest, we're calling POST Exterminating! You Should Too!

My wife and I had an appointment, waited for two hours and then called the office. The secretary answered and stated that the representative had an "emergency" and the best she could do was call us tomorrow to reschedule. I told her that it was unprofessional not to call and cancel rather than leave customers waiting. The representative called a half an hour later and said he could come then. He spent all of three or four minutes looking at a potential termite problem and then brushed us off with an exorbitant quote (I had another quote for comparison and that professional spent a good deal of time accessing the situation and speaking to us). He did state that he was sorry for standing us up but his being short with us made it quite clear that the apology was not sincere. Now I know why friends of ours no longer use them and do business elsewhere.

I've used Post a few times and they are all very professional.

Mark, the owner helps educate you and has been extremely helpful in the control of some four legged things I prefer stay away and out of my home!

Had what could have been a big problem just prior to holidays.
Turns out brought a roach in some fruit boxes with produce I picked up
for Christmas.
Brian in office took call and I found staff courteous and friendly. Owner (Mark) handled visit himself. Put bait around and explained to my nervous wife it was odds are a one time thing. Set follow-up for New Year to double check our problems were solved and wound up having pest free Holiday thanks to all involved @ Post.
Will use again for sure if needed.

Great service and very friendly and accommodating; used them earlier this year for after hour service and the price was very reasonable; they came back for follow up at no charge. Now using them again and receiving a discount for repeat customer; tech is knowledgeable and staff are responsive to customer needs.

inspection and installation service was ok, I paid them and signed a contract that included a maintenance plan to check and if necessary re bait the bait stations 3 times within the year. I signed it in March and I had started calling them in October cause you can see the stations were not looked at. It took them a month to come out and when they did, they left the empty bait station out where my nephew was playing with it. I called to complain to the owner and that didn't get me anywhere. He said he would give me an extra visit, which never happened. They love the excuse that the stations were covered. Person who recommended them apologized to me, cause she also had same problem.
